Last updated 21 August 2026 · Provider identification under § 5 DDG

Everything behind OfflineHabit is on this page: the address, the register number, and an email address a human reads. German law (§ 5 DDG) requires this page for anyone offering a digital service there. We would have written it anyway — an app that promises to leave your data on your device ought to say who is making that promise.

1. Service provider

This website and the OfflineHabit app are operated by:

  • DJUMP, MB — a mažoji bendrija, a small company under Lithuanian law
  • Šilutės pl. 35G-36, LT-94105 Klaipėda, Lithuania
  • Managing director and authorised representative: Donaldas Jautzemis
  • start@djump.io

We do not run a phone line. The address above and the contact form are the two ways in, and both reach the people who actually make the decisions.

2. Register entry

Registered in the Register of Legal Entities of the Republic of Lithuania (Registrų centras).

  • Company code (juridinio asmens kodas): 307521980

3. VAT

The company is not registered for VAT, so there is no VAT identification number (no USt-IdNr. under § 27a UStG). The field is not blank because we forgot it — it is blank because the number does not exist.

4. Responsible for content

Responsible for editorial content under § 18(2) of the German Interstate Media Treaty (MStV) — in practice, the blog:

  • Donaldas Jautzemis
  • Šilutės pl. 35G-36, LT-94105 Klaipėda, Lithuania

5. Consumer dispute resolution

The fastest route for a complaint is straight to start@djump.io — we answer. The European Commission's online dispute resolution platform closed on 20 July 2025; a link to it now leads nowhere, which is why there is none here. The Commission does maintain a directory of recognised alternative dispute resolution bodies at consumer-redress.ec.europa.eu. We are neither obliged nor willing to take part in dispute-resolution proceedings before a consumer arbitration board (§ 36 VSBG).

6. Liability for content and links

We are responsible for our own content on these pages under § 7(1) DDG. Under §§ 8–10 DDG we are not obliged to monitor third-party information or to investigate circumstances that suggest unlawful activity. These pages link occasionally to external sites whose content we do not control; the respective provider is responsible for those. No infringements were apparent when the links were set. If we learn of a violation, we remove the link.

7. Copyright

The text, images and code on these pages are protected by copyright. Quotation with attribution is welcome; for anything beyond that, a short email is enough.

8. Accessibility

The European Accessibility Act (Directive (EU) 2019/882) has applied since 28 June 2025. OfflineHabit is operated by DJUMP, MB — a microenterprise within the meaning of Recommendation 2003/361/EC, meaning fewer than 10 staff and no more than €2 million in annual turnover or balance-sheet total. Article 4(5) of the Directive exempts microenterprises providing services from the accessibility requirements. We rely on that exemption.

That is a legal position, not a badge: we have not audited the app against EN 301 549 and we claim no conformance. If you hit a barrier, write to start@djump.io — we answer, and we fix what can be fixed.

9. The other legal texts

How we handle data is in the Privacy Policy. The rules for using the app are in the Terms of Service.
